Pokémon Dash offers five cups of five courses each, to be played at three difficulty levels. Here is the unlock order for every cup and mode, based on our original guide.
Phase 1: the Grand Prix

| Multiplayer, Grand Prix Pro, GBA Cartridge mode | Finish all five Grand Prix cups with at least bronze |
Phase 2: the Grand Prix Pro

| White, Blue, Yellow and Red Cups Pro | Finish the previous cup in the top three |
| Grand Prix Champion and Expert Time Attack | Finish all five Grand Prix Pro cups with at least bronze |
Phase 3: the Grand Prix Champion
The White, Blue, Yellow and Red Cups open the same way, by finishing the previous one in the top three. In Expert mode, you start in the air, with no arrow to point you toward the next checkpoint, against formidable opponents.
The Munchlax race
A special race dedicated to Munchlax exists in the game, but it cannot be unlocked by playing: it was distributed by Nintendo at events.
