Were these games released in France?
No. They were released on 4 August 2009 in Japan only, and they are the only Mystery Dungeon games never distributed outside Japan.
How many are there?

You control a Pokémon without playing a human turned into a Pokémon, the Pokémon have the My Pokémon Ranch style, and the Pokémon Tower lets you stack them. See Mechanics.

1,200 Wii Points each on the Japanese Wii Shop Channel.

Can you still buy them?
No. The Wii Shop Channel closed on 30 January 2019.
Can you still get the distributed legendaries?
