Pokémon Sleep is played solo, but you can form a research group with your friends. Here is how it works, along with the compatible devices, based on Poképédia.
The research group
Reserved for players who have stated they are at least 18 years old, it brings together up to 50 friends, added by QR code, ID or Facebook. It lets you:
- follow your friends’ week: their area, their Snorlax’s Drowsy Power, their team and the last sleep style they discovered;
- receive a Candy, sometimes two, each time a friend sends in their results;
- raise your closeness with each friend, with a reward at each milestone.
Compatible devices
- 64-bit Android or iPhone;
- the Pokémon GO Plus +, which tracks sleep without putting the phone on the bed;
- certain smartwatches, since September 24, 2024.
