Pokémon TCG Live lets you play, for free, with cards from the Black & White series up to the most recent one. Here is how the collection works, according to Poképédia.

Pokémon TCG Live.

The cards

  • The game contains every expansion since Black & White, except the McDonald’s Collections, the Trainer Kits, Pokémon Futsal, P25: Music, My First Battle and Pokémon TCG Classic.
  • Black & White and XY cards are only playable if they have been reprinted in a more recent series.
  • Some promo cards exist in French in the game, even though they never came out in French in real life.
  • Booster packs used to contain six cards; since Black Bolt and White Flare, they contain ten.
  • Since the same expansion, the Card Dex helps you manage your collection.
  • You can buy any card individually with Credits, in the deck editor.

The starter decks

Every year, the game gives away starter decks, renewed in March.
