Lental is an archipelago of six islands with widely varied climates and ecosystems. Each has its own courses, Pokémon and Illumina spot. Here is the region, based on Poképédia.

The Legend of Lental
About two thousand years ago, a meteorite threatened to crash into Lental. The luminescent Pokémon are said to have appeared then and passed their energy on to all the Pokémon of the region, creating a barrier of light that protected it. The people of the time painted murals and built temples, now in ruins, on every island. A century before the game, Captain Victor explored most of the islands and recorded his discoveries in a book, Adventures in Lental.
Lental is the only region where Illumina can be observed, making Pokémon and Crystabloom shimmer. The French names of the islands all come from Greek.
