The Pokémon mini got a second life in Pokémon Channel, on GameCube. The game offers a virtual version of the console, stored in a case with six games, one of them new.
The six games
| Game | Origin |
|---|---|
| Snorlax’s Lunch Time | Exclusive to Pokémon Channel |
| Slowking’s Judge | Pokémon Party mini |
| Chansey’s Dribble | Pokémon Party mini |
| Pikachu’s Rocket Start | Pokémon Party mini |
| Pokémon Pinball Petit | Pokémon Pinball mini, the first ten levels |
| Puzzle Collection Petit | Pokémon Puzzle Collection |
Snorlax’s Lunch Time
The only new game. Dishes scroll past Snorlax: you have to press A to eat them, and the sooner you do, the more points you get. But sometimes a Pichu shows up: biting it sets off a Thunder Shock and ends the game. The five best scores are kept.
The controls
On the GameCube controller, the pad, A and B keep their roles, Z replaces the C button and Start replaces the Power button. L and R rotate the console. The Pokémon mini can be displayed in full or reduced to its screen.
