The Pokémon and Refiners

Pokémon Dream Radar only has around fifteen ordinary Pokémon, but all of them have their Hidden Ability, except Rotom. The Pokémon you meet depend on your progress, measured by the Forces of Nature you have captured, and on the color of the Dream Orb on the counter. Here is the list, based on Poképédia; we also published a list at launch.
