The September 9, 2026 Nintendo Direct made room for Pokémon Pokopia. The Pokémon Company and Nintendo presented Part 2 of the paid Expansion Pass, due late 2026 on Nintendo Switch 2. On the menu: fashion, lots of fashion, and new residents for your towns.
Ditto dresses up to the nines
This second part is centered on accessories. Ditto and the other Pokémon of Pokopia will be able to wear a whole range of outfits: casual sunglasses, elegant bow ties, and even items to match Ditto with other Pokémon, such as a Sylveon ribbon.

The official announcement speaks of “a wide range of accessories,” and The Pokémon Company promises to share more in future announcements. Judging by what the trailer showed, we already expect to spend a lot of time dressing up our whole little world.

New Pokémon and furniture join the lineup
Part 2 is not limited to the wardrobe: it also adds new Pokémon and new furniture. The trailer shows Doduo, Skitty and Braixen, the evolution of Fennekin, already seen posing with their new accessories.

Part 3 brings a new town in 2027
The official schedule published in French gives an overview of the Expansion Pass, which has three parts:
- Part 1 – Bubbly Basin: already available.
- Part 2 – Accessories launch: late 2026.
- Part 3 – New town: 2027.

The Expansion Pass includes these three parts, which cannot be purchased separately. You need to own the base game, of course, to enjoy them. If you have already bought the Pass for Bubbly Basin, Part 2 will therefore be available to you when it is released, with no additional purchase.
Pokopia keeps growing since its release: after the Wish Upon a Jirachi event this summer, this new content should keep players busy until the end of the year. And you, which accessory will you try first?
