Between dungeons, the team returns to the Pokémon Village, split into five locations. Here are their services, based on Poképédia.
The team base
You save here and the hero sleeps here. During the story, the base is transformed to look like the head of the hero’s Pokémon. In front, a mailbox receives up to four missions, delivered by Pelipper; this is where you set off for dungeons.
Pokémon Square

| Persian Bank | Keeps your money safe |
| Gulpin Link Shop | Chains moves together so they can be used in the same turn |
| Camping Club | Sells the rescue camps needed for recruiting |
The Makuhita Dojo
Here you train your team in up to 18 one-floor mazes, one per type, with no items or recruiting: Grass, Electric, Ice, Fighting, Ground, Flying, Psychic, Poison, Bug, Rock, Ghost, Dragon, Dark, Steel, Fairy…
The Pelipper Post Office
Its board offers up to eight missions. You also receive and send rescue requests here. Statues reward rescuer ranks: Bonsly at Bronze rank, Mime Jr. at Gold rank, Weavile at Diamond rank and Lucario at Super rank.
The Whiscash Pond
Whiscash gives back a few items here during the story. You’ll also find the Luminous Spring, where one Pokémon at a time can attempt to evolve.
