Here is the walkthrough for PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond, zone by zone, from Starting Pass to the Wish Palace. The logic never changes: investigate a zone, get its sage’s approval, then pass through the portal poster to complete the Wish Park attraction and free the captive Pokémon.
1. Starting Pass and Surf Beach
Starting Pass serves as the tutorial: Pikachu learns to run and fight there, racing Piplup and then duelling Timburr. On Surf Beach, Krokorok and Sandile introduce Wish Park to a group of Pokémon and open the portal poster. Oshawott is wary, but lets Pikachu and Piplup through.
In the Sweets Zone, Gothita shows you around the park. Pikachu completes Cofagrigus’s Sweets Factory, but Pansear reveals that the cakes bewitch Pokémon. After a battle against the Yamask, two giant hands chase the trio: Piplup sacrifices itself, and Pikachu and Oshawott fall back onto the beach, in front of a closed portal.
2. The Cove Area
The sage Samurott entrusts Pikachu and Oshawott with investigating the disappearances. At the Old Port, the investigation involves battles against Krokorok and Sandile, then against their role model, Krookodile. You then have to go back to the Sweets Zone, defeat Cofagrigus and ring the bell, which frees the Pokémon of the Cove Area.
3. The Arbor Area
Samurott opens the gate to Mill Path, north of the Old Port. The broken jetties call for Oshawott. On the mill stands a new portal poster; Bisharp and its Pawniard guard the place, and Zoroark will have to be beaten in a duel in Wish Park. At Verdant Garden, the sage Serperior welcomes the group, and exploring the hollow trunk yields a clue: Snivy joins the team. The Glamour Zone attraction, the Glamour Dance, ends with a battle against Chandelure.
4. The Crag Area
At the Peak Citadel, the gate is guarded by Bastiodon. You have to set off the cannon to free Tepig, who joins the team, and then get to the challenge of the sage Emboar. At the Colosseum, beyond a snowy summit and a volcano, Emboar is holding a tournament; Pikachu and his friends sneak in, face Rhyperior and his Geodude, and discover the role of Hydreigon and Haxorus, as well as a new portal poster. In the Fury Zone, you cross the wall, beat Haxorus, then complete the Furious Fight. Victini is rescued along the way.
5. The Factory Area
The abandoned Depot Station is blocked by broken-down trains: Pikachu gets them running again. The sage Conkeldurr, who has fallen out with the other three, asks you to repair the metal bridge. You then have to beat Golurk, which hurls a train into the entrance of the Secret Warehouse to clear it. Inside, find Klink, Klang and Klinklang, who have gone into hiding: without them, the elevator does not work. They are in a room upstairs, behind a container and on the beams.
The elevator leads to the Laboratory of Reuniclus, the inventor of the portals. It helps the group open a prototype leading to Wish World, where you face Sigilyph in the Wondrous Flight.
6. The Wish Palace
With the four zones freed, Wish Park comes together and a beam of light in the center leads to the Wish Palace. Pikachu is separated from his friends there, whose memories are muddled; you have to set them straight one by one. Then comes the battle against Darkrai, in two phases: normal, then giant.
After the victory, a Vortex of Darkness begins to destroy the park. Reuniclus arrives with Piplup and the Light Polariton, which you activate by ringing the bells of the four zones together. Someone still has to carry it into the vortex: Darkrai takes care of that, saving everyone. The story continues in the post-game.
