The concept

As in the Mario’s Picross games, the player fills in a grid by following number clues that give the runs of consecutive squares in each row and column. The completed grid reveals a Pokémon, which is caught and whose ability then helps you out. Professor Tetra, a researcher specializing in Picross and Pokémon, accompanies the player. See Getting started.
