Four Pokémon Picross puzzles are locked with a padlock and can only be opened with a password. The game also has two big murals to piece together bit by bit. Here are the codes and how the murals work.

The passwords

The locked puzzles appear as black squares with a chain and a key. You enter the codes in the options menu. Once all four are entered, the game tells you that all the codes have been entered and the option disappears.

These European codes were found by players the day after release, and we shared them on December 5, 2015.

The murals

A mural being pieced together.

Certain objectives, notably timed ones, earn not Picrites but mural pieces. These pieces are small puzzles that together form a large image.

  • There are two murals of 64 pieces each: Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre.
  • The pieces do not use up the P Gauge, and abilities cannot be used on them.
  • Only a timer measures the total time spent on the mural.
  • Completing the murals earns three medals, or 9 Picrites, and adds Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre to the collection.
