Once Nobunaga is defeated, Pokémon Conquest opens its big post-game: the episodes. Each one tells the story of a warlord, with its own goal. Pokémon start again at appropriate levels, but a recruited warlord keeps the Pokémon you gave them. Eight episodes are open from the start, and the rest unlock as you win. Here is the list, based on Serebii; the titles are those of the English version.

Five additional episodes were distributed over Wi-Fi in 2012: Motonari and Motochika, Keiji, Hideyoshi and Reshiram, Okuni and Ranmaru. They have no longer been available since the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection shut down. See passwords and events.
The final episode
“The Two Heroes of Ransei”, the hero’s episode, opens once all the others are finished. It is also where you can get Arceus, with an 80% Link with Eevee or one of its evolutions. See the legendary Pokémon.
