For the summer holidays, the Pokémon brand is teaming up once again with the TotalEnergies gas station network in France. This promotional campaign, aimed mainly at families on the road to their vacations, offers several exclusive items as well as free activities for children.

Here are the practical details of this campaign, available at participating stations across the network.

The exclusive summer products

For customers passing through the gas stations, the campaign offers two distinct promotional items, available when you meet a minimum purchase:

  • The special edition beach towel: Available in two exclusive designs (one featuring Pikachu and Mew, the other showing the first-generation starter Pokémon, namely Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle).

  • The special edition insulated backpack: A blue model decorated with Pikachu patterns, designed to carry meals or drinks and keep them cool.

Each of these items is offered at a price of €8.99 including tax, provided you make a purchase of at least €10 at the gas station (excluding fuel, under the usual terms of this type of campaign).

Free activities for the youngest

Alongside the paid items, TotalEnergies is offering free activities, aimed specifically at stations located on motorways:

  • A free Pokémon activity book: This booklet of games and coloring pages is given out free of charge to children under 8, simply by asking at the till, with no purchase required. This offer is limited to motorway stations and applies while stocks last.

  • The “Passport” game: A treasure hunt is also being run. Families can pick up a cardboard passport at the till, to be stamped at three different motorway stations in order to piece together a secret code. This code then lets you sign up online for a chance to win prizes, including Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) Elite Trainer Boxes (ETB), plush toys or booster packs.

How do you find the participating stations?

Not every TotalEnergies gas station offers all of these deals. To identify the participating locations, the brand provides an interactive map on its website.

To use it effectively, go to the official page of the Pokémon back at the stations campaign and apply the specific filters on the map:

  • The “Pokémon campaign” filter shows the stations handing out the beach towels and insulated backpacks.

  • The “Activity books and passports” filter targets only the motorway stations offering the free booklets and the treasure hunt.

This promotional campaign runs throughout the summer, from July 1 to August 31, while nationwide stocks of goodies last.
