The 61 side quests

The big new feature of Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia is the quests. Sixty-one side missions, given by the people of Almia, which don’t affect the story but earn you Capture Styler upgrades and new partner Pokémon. Here is the complete list, with the requester, location and reward for each.

How quests work

• They appear as the adventure goes on: a resident sends out a call for help, an SOS message, and you go and find them on the spot.
• They involve capturing a Pokémon for someone, clearing a path, finding a lost Pokémon…
• They reward you with a Capture Styler upgrade (defense against a type, longer line, power…) or a new partner Pokémon.
• There are 61, but you only do 60: the quest for the partner Pokémon you picked at the start (Pachirisu, Starly or Munchlax) isn’t offered to you.
• The last one unlocks once the other 60 are done and features Celebi, for the restoration of Vien Forest.
