In Pokémon Rumble, releasing your Pokémon is not a loss: it earns money and, often, recruitment tickets. These tickets let you obtain evolutions, more powerful versions and even legendary Pokémon that are otherwise unobtainable. Here are all the combinations.

Evolution tickets

  • Releasing five of a Pokémon that can evolve gives a ticket for its evolution. Example: five Squirtle give a Wartortle.
  • Releasing five of a Pokémon in its final stage gives a ticket for its base form, in a more powerful version. Example: five Blastoise give a stronger Squirtle.
