Meadow Zone

Bulbasaur’s Daring Dash: a six-way race where your speed depends on how fast you shake the Wii Remote back and forth.

Venusaur’s Vine Swing: twirl the Wii Remote to build up momentum on the vine, then press 2 at the right moment to launch yourself as far as possible. Suggested: Ambipom, Mankey, Chimchar.

Beach Zone

Pelipper’s Circle Circuit: fly through coloured rings, tilting the Wii Remote to turn, climb and dive. Suggested: Staravia, Tropius, Taillow.

Gyarados’ Aqua Dash: a swimming race; hold 2, pass through the flag gates to speed up and avoid Carvanha and Sharpedo, which slow you down. Suggested: Golduck, Bibarel, Buizel.

Ice Zone

Snow Slide.

Empoleon’s Snow Slide: a run down the snow; tilt to turn and press 1 on sharp bends. Avoid walls and blocks of ice, and aim for the flag gates. Suggested: Glalie, Delibird, Prinplup.

Cavern Zone

Panel Crush.

Bastiodon’s Panel Crush: a brick-breaker game. The D-pad moves your Pokémon and 2 launches the ball; hitting it at the right moment triggers a super shot that knocks out Bastiodon and Dugtrio and doubles your points. Lose three balls and it’s game over. Suggested: Mr. Mime, Sudowoodo, Gible.

Magma Zone

Rhyperior’s Bumper Burn: push your opponents out of the ring while spinning like a top, tilting the controller; power-ups speed you up, explode or launch an attack with 2. Suggested: Flareon, Magnezone, Torkoal.

Blaziken’s Boulder Bash: hold the Wii Remote upright and shake it to smash the boulders, doing so at the last moment for more points. A boulder that hits you paralyses you: shake to break free. Suggested: Scizor, Marowak, Cranidos.

Haunted Zone

Tangrowth’s Swing-Along: shake vertically to move from vine to vine, and press B to jump. Suggested: Riolu, Raichu, Aipom.

Dusknoir’s Speed Slam: shake to speed up and smash through walls, which slow you down, except for certain Ghost-type Pokémon. Suggested: Espeon, Umbreon, Gastly.

Rotom’s Spooky Shoot-’em-Up: point at the screen and shoot the ghosts with A; a single hit ends the game. Rotom are worth a lot of points. You need 85 friends to access it. Suggested: Gengar, Electabuzz, Abra.

Granite Zone

Absol’s Hurdle Bounce: shake to run and press 2 to jump the hurdles. Shaymin takes part in Sky Forme right from the start. Suggested: Ponyta, Lopunny, Breloom.

Salamence’s Air Ace: fly by tilting the Wii Remote and shoot the targets with 2. Suggested: Flygon, Staraptor, Gliscor.

Flower Zone

The end of Balloon Panic.

Rayquaza’s Balloon Panic: grab the airship’s rings while keeping your balance, avoiding Voltorb and Electrode, then, at the end, hold the Wii Remote upright and destroy the targets. Suggested: Lucario, Luxray, Infernape.
