Fall City: Rangers Patrol Too

Screenshot from Pokémon Ranger – Fall City: Rangers Patrol Too (1/15)From now on, your Ranger Rank is 2… and it’s great to be at this level, because there are plenty of perks… Examples?
You can use two new Poké Assists: Poison and Psychic.
Your partner Pokémon gets an extra bar…
And being Rank 2 is always better than Rank 1, isn’t it?

Talk to various people in the Base…
Doing so brings in the local Chief Ranger. He gives you another equally pleasant mission: patrolling Fall City. Great…
But that’s also what being a Pokémon Ranger is all about!

Mission 2: Help the Residents of Fall City

When you start this mission, talk to the woman trying to get into her apartment to the west. The idea is first to find a Makuhita. You can find one not far from there, north of the building.
Go back to that orange building, then remove the crate blocking its door.
When you go in, a little Venonat will attack you and frighten the resident. Capture that Pokémon and the first assist is done.

Second little favor? Another woman in town is looking for her five Skitty.
Finding them is fairly easy.
The first Skitty is on the roof of the building you just left.

The second Skitty is next to the fountain, not far from the Ranger Base.

To capture the third Skitty, first capture a Snubbull, then head west of Fall City, where you’ll find two trash cans in a narrow street. Click on both trash cans: one of them (the one on the right) is making little squeaks. Use Snubbull’s Poké Assist to hit the trash can and capture the third Skitty.

To get the fourth one, you need a Meowth. Go and break the little wooden gate to the east, and capture the Skitty behind it.

Finally, the fifth one is in the far northwest, in a house behind Professor Hastings’s lab. The Skitty is blending in with dolls.
Go back to the lady with all your Skitty. And that’s it!

Third favor?
Go to the lab, then head all the way south of Fall City and enter the sewers to get a Staryu.
It’s fairly easy to capture… you can then go back to the lab, down in its basement, and use the Staryu to restore the lights. That wasn’t so hard.

One more favor for the road?
Go to the clock in the north of Fall City, then capture the Machoke to calm it down. A Go-Rock Squad member will be very proud of having stirred up trouble in town. Never mind… because…
