Beyond the leagues, Magikarp Jump carries on through collecting: thirty-three Magikarp patterns to discover and achievements that reward every repeated action. Here is the list of patterns, the fishing rods that give them and the achievement tiers.
Magikarp patterns
Every Magikarp you catch has a randomly drawn pattern. You know its family as soon as you catch it, but the exact pattern only appears once the Magikarp is above 70% of its maximum level; it is then recorded in the archives, and each new archived pattern earns 10 diamonds. Even the rarest patterns have at least a 1% chance of appearing. New fishing rods, unlocked through the leagues, give access to new families.
