Pokémon Champions Mega Evolutions: Abilities and Stones

Mega Evolution is the flagship mechanic of Pokémon Champions. The game offers 81 of them, from sixth-generation classics to the Mega Evolutions discovered in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, all the way to the Mega Z forms that arrived with Regulation M-C. Many of them get an ability for the first time in a battle game.

How to Mega Evolve

Give the matching Mega Stone to your Pokémon to hold: it takes the place of its held item.
Activate Mega Evolution during the battle, before choosing a move, using the Omni Ring.
Only one per battle: choose the moment, and the Pokémon, carefully.

The brand-new abilities

Several Mega Evolutions from Pokémon Legends: Z-A receive abilities created just for them. Some of these do not yet have a known official French name, so the English name is given instead.

Dragonize	Mega Feraligatr	Its Normal-type moves become Dragon-type and gain 20% power.
Mega Sol	Mega Meganium	Its moves act as if under intense sunlight, even without weather.
Spicy Spray	Mega Scovillain	It burns the Pokémon that damages it with a move.
Fire Mane (English name)	Mega Pyroar	Its Fire-type moves gain 50% power.
Aura Guard (English name)	Mega Lucario Z	Contact moves used against it deal half damage.
Eelevate (English name)	Mega Eelektross	It levitates, ignores ground-based traps, and each KO raises its highest stat.
