Like many free games, Pokémon UNITE offers a Battle Pass renewed every season and an optional subscription. Their main appeal: Holowear, the holographic outfits your Pokémon wear in battle.

The Battle Pass

Each pass has 50 tiers. You clear one every 100 points, earned through daily, weekly and seasonal missions. The free track offers Item Enhancers, License points and accessories.

The premium pass, paid for in Aeos Gems, adds a second reward track, including the season’s featured Holowear. A higher version also lets you clear tiers immediately.

Our take

The premium pass and the subscription bring no direct advantage in battle: they mostly speed up the acquisition of Holowear and resources. A regular player can perfectly well progress without paying, relying on missions and events.
