The credits of Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs do not mark the end of the game. Three months later, the hero returns to Oblivia for one last mission, Lugia awaits the most dedicated Rangers, and the Ranger Net offered downloadable missions featuring Giratina, Arceus, Manaphy, Deoxys, Heatran and Shaymin.
Back to Oblivia
Three months after the fall of the Flying Fortress, the hero is at Ranger Union headquarters. Since Rand and Leanne have to be away, Professor Hastings sends the hero back to Oblivia. In Balnéaria, Plumelle, a friend of birds, reports that the three legendary birds are causing panic in the Sky of Oblivia.
- Fly through the Sky of Oblivia until you spot Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres, who then return to their home mountains.
- Visit each of the three islands to check that each bird is doing well.
- As you come back down from Mount Sorberus, Red Eye is waiting for one last battle. He holds the Golden Armor’s helmet and only hands it over once he has been defeated.
Lugia
Lugia becomes available once the main story is complete and you have met 300 Pokémon in the Navigator. The game features 307 Pokémon in total, from the first four generations.
The Ranger Net
Accessible directly from the menu, the Ranger Net offered two types of missions that could be downloaded through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.
Extra missions
Available from 13 December 2010 in Europe, they are played after the main adventure.

The Deoxys mission had to be played with other players, as a Wireless Assist mission: you needed to have unlocked multiplayer mode with the objective “Investigate the old mansion!” The host of the game was then the one who could send Deoxys.
