Pokémon France announced Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs as soon as the first Japanese details emerged, in January 2010, and covered its release on the Wii U Virtual Console in 2016. This guide, published in 2026, is the first complete guide to the game on the site.
The announcement (January 2010)
On 14 January 2010, we announced a third installment for Pokémon Ranger, then known by a working title translated from the Japanese, “The Trails of Light”. That is where the address of this section comes from, before the official French title, Sillages de Lumière, was known.
The Virtual Console (June 2016)
In June 2016, we covered the release of Pokémon Ranger 2 and 3 on the Wii U Virtual Console, Shadows of Almia and Guardian Signs.
