Update 1.1.0

The most important one. It opened Team Battle to online play, when it could only be played locally at launch, and added it to Event Mode, used for tournaments. It also introduced the ranking titles of official group matches, cups that were held until autumn 2018. Our news: Version 1.1 of Pokkén Tournament DX is out.

The Battle Pass

Versions 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 accompanied the two waves of the Battle Pass.

Balance adjustments

Like any competitive fighting game, Pokkén Tournament DX was rebalanced over the course of tournaments: 1.3.1 adjusted the newcomers, 1.3.2 added new actions to some Pokémon, and 1.3.3, in September 2018, closed the series. Our news from the time: Pokkén DX to get an update and Pokkén: a new update arrives on Wednesday.

What about the Wii U version?

The 2016 Wii U version received its own updates, including patch 1.3 in June 2016. It never received the arcade fighters. See our guide to Pokkén Tournament on Wii U.
