The Construction Site

Pokémon Colosseum: Pyrite Town (screenshot 1)In the Generator Mill in Pyrite Town, you may have noticed that a generator part was missing… Without keeping you in suspense any longer, you will quickly understand that this part is located here.

Go to the top right of the construction site… You will see a large golden (machinery) wheel that “shines”. Take it (by pressing A).

You have nothing more to do here. (for now)

=> Go back to Pyrite Town

Pyrite Town

Go straight to the generator mill to the left of the bridge. Enjoy these moments of freedom and free movement…

When you arrive, Duking is talking with the employees, and asks you to put the wheel back in place… That is what you are going to do (it is simple: talk to the mechPokémon Colosseum: Pyrite Town (screenshot 2)anism).

Now the town’s Colosseum works. Cross the bridge and talk to the lady in the Colosseum. Say yes and choose the first “option”.

Here are the trainers you face in this Colosseum:

Karam – Barboach 30 – Sandshrew 31
Elsa – Meditite 30 – Natu 30
Herkan – Electrike 30 – Cacnea 31 – Vulpix 32
Watcha – Bagon 32 – Goldeen 32 – Magnemite 31 – Delibird 31

Reward: $4848 + TM06

Pokémon Colosseum: Team Cipher's hideout in Pyrite Town (screenshot 1)(that is what I got, it may well be different for you!)

Once the magnificent Colosseum is beaten, and you have received TM06, cross the bridge.
A Team Cipher grunt calls out to you, mistakes you for another member, and asks you to follow him to Team Cipher’s ultra-secret hideout, located in the … “secret” building in Pyrite Town.

Inside, a female grunt recognizes you and alerts the other member, who fights you on the spot. He has a Shadow Yanma , level 33.

Cipher Peon Wild – Yanma 33 (S) – Pineco 32 – Nincada 32 – Surskit 31 – $1320

This is the longest part (at least 1 hour of play): you will have to cross the building, going up the floors with Team Cipher Peons all over the place. You will also find a few red boxes containing items.

When you reach the roof, you find a small hut. Go in, and you see Silva on the ground between 2 Cipher members, who caught him while he was spying on Miror B.

They fight you. (Shadow Pokémon: Remoraid level 20 and Mantine level 33)

Cipher Peon Silla – Mantine 33 (S) – Aipom 32 – Sneasel 31 – Yanma 33 – $660

Once they are beaten, go back down to the bottom of the building, heal your Pokémon and save. Go back up, step out onto the roof and battle the Cipher member (with a Shadow Qwilfish, Lv. 33) standing there.
He lets you through to Pyrite Cave.

Hunter Tank – Qwilfish 33 (S) – Goldeen 33 – Linoone 33 – $700

Ground floor:
At the far end, 3 bigwigs. Do not bother looking: the female trainer has no SHADOW Pokémon.

Basement – 1:
Go straight ahead toward the staircase, but do not take it. Head north, still on B1, and you will find trainers with SHADOW Pokémon!

Biker Brice – Bagon 32 – Meditite 33 (S) – Numel 32 – $330

Ground floor (part 2):
You can take the staircase back up if you want Ultra Balls, which will be useful at the end of the dungeon.

Basement – 2:
Go to the left, then battle trainers who have Shadow Pokémon.

Biker Bim – Dunsparce 33 (S) – Mareep 34 – Cacnea 34 – $512

Basement – 1 (part 2):
If you want to go straight to finishing the dungeon and beating Miror B., go and see the man guarding the staircase down to Basement -2.

Let us continue the walkthrough to get the Shadow Pokémon (because, above all, the “goal of the game” is to snag every Shadow Pokémon in the game)

Basement – 2 (part 2):

Up there is nothing but female trainers… head to your left instead. You will then get several quite useful items:
1 Protein, 1 Carbos, 1 Zinc, and 1 Iron. These items will be used to boost your Pokémon.

Go back to heal at the dungeon’s PCs. You are about to face the one, the only, the real… MIROR B.! ^-^’

Before talking to Plusle, make sure not to forget a single item (TM49, Macho Brace, Tech File P)

Back to Pyrite Town!

YPokémon Colosseum: Pyrite Town (screenshot 3)ou find yourself in his office (Duking’s), talking with him. To thank you for your courage, he gives you his email address and his Plusle. That is always nice: it is not a Shadow Pokémon and you can use it in battle without any problem!

On your way out, you pass by the fortune teller’s house. She is outside her house… go and talk to her (on the doorstep). She tells you:
“A place in the north will allow you to revive Pokémon that are under the influence of an evil force”

Rui then tells you that it must be Agate Village, where her grandfather, the guardian of Celebi’s shrine, and her grandmother live.

And now something terrible is about to happen.

=> Head to Agate Village!
