6. From the Shadow Pokémon Lab to the Under

The Shadow Pokémon Lab

Use the key you picked up recently to open the lab door. Enter the building on the right (the only one that’s open) and go into the room to the right after the entrance, the control room, to open the door on the left outside.

Leave this building and enter the building on the left.

You can battle a Scientist if you snoop around a bit. He gives you the map of the inaccessible part of the building on the right.

Well then, go back to the building on the right! (I know, it’s annoying, but it’s almost over! ^^)

As you wander around, you’ll find various people to battle. 
Be careful, it takes a very long time!!!
The goal here is to find 3 Pokémon DNA samples scattered throughout the lab’s rooms. Look closely: they glow on the floor. You need a sharp eye!

Once you’ve beaten all that and found the 3 DNA samples, take one of the elevators, which leads to a room with a “DNA machine”. Insert the 3 DNA samples and make a careful note of the Pokémon that appear on the machine’s screen. (this is very important, otherwise you won’t be able to continue the game)

Now go to a room next door where there’s a digital code to enter, with keys shaped like Pokémon. Select the 3 Pokémon you identified with the DNA machine, and go in. (heh heh =p

You battle a Cipher member again, go and heal, then you battle the 4th Cipher executive, the master Ein.

If you can’t manage to snag Raikou, DON’T WORRY! You’ll be able to catch it again very soon. In fact, just like Sudowoodo, Entei and Suicune….. in fact, all Shadow Pokémon can be caught a second time if you missed them!

There you go, you’ve beaten 4 very important Team Cipher executives … But their revenge will be terrible!
Once he’s beaten, Ein leaves… You receive an e-mail from NETT (the little one from the children’s spy network) who tells you about the lab… You can find a data disc on Ein’s table and also a File L explaining Team Cipher’s plan to create a super-powerful Shadow Pokémon based on the blood of Ho-Oh.

Go and see NETT in the Under … The game ends very soon… But your troubles are far from over, the longest and most story-driven part of the game is only just beginning!
