You arrive at the Justice Dojo for your match against Nivis… and find a champion in a full-blown panic: his little sister Albia has disappeared. With Emma’s help, the investigation takes you from city hall to the Neo Café, from Narica to a fountain in Cyan Sector, and then to the depths of the sewers. This chapter is one of the longest in the story.

Aiming for Rank D

The Justice Dojo and a Missing Sister

Win a challenge ticket, then head to the Justice Dojo in Jaune Sector. Nivis, leader of the Fists of Justice (a group campaigning against the Wild Zones), is far too worried to battle: Albia has stopped answering. You offer your help, and the trail starts at the Beladonis Agency, Emma’s place.

Narica knows Albia well
  1. Go to city hall: Albia is often summoned there to calm the complaints of the Dojo’s neighbors. Question the passersby around it: she was seen heading to a Neo Café.
  2. At the Neo Café, you are pointed to her friend Narica. Go back to see her at Bâti-Racines: she agrees to talk… if you beat her again.
  3. Narica reveals that Albia has a hideout near a fountain depicting a Pokémon “of the opposite type to her own”. It is the Clawitzer Fountain, in the courtyard of Cyan Sector 7, facing the Pokémon Center.
  4. On Emma’s advice, freeze the fountain with Ice Beam: the entrance to the Lumiose Sewers is revealed right next to it.

Our strategy

The same team as at Rank F, four or five levels higher: Heliolisk, Ampharos, Stunfisk and Eelektross. Your Ground-type Pokémon remains the key; watch out for Stunfisk, which Ground only hits for normal damage and which resists Electric.

The Lumiose Sewers

A maze of damp, dark tunnels with its own wild Pokémon. Advance to a locked door. The key? A key-collecting Klefki passes through: Emma gives you 10 Ultra Balls to catch it (Lv. 40). Alas, none of its keys is the right one… Nivis solves the problem his own way, with a punch through the grate.

The tunnels of the Lumiose Sewers
  1. Follow the Chandelure floating in the tunnels: it is Albia’s partner, whom she met right here when it was just a Litwick.
  2. You reach a dead-end room. Inspect the valves, the crates and the electrical panel: nothing. Nivis then strikes the back wall, which was only an illusion.
  3. Keep following Chandelure to the bottom of the sewers: Albia is waiting for you there.

Albia explains herself: she was tired of cleaning up her brother’s messes, obsessed as he is with the Z-A Royale. With the reunion done, Nivis is finally ready to battle.

The Qualifying Match Against Nivis

Right afterward, a summons arrives: the Bruiser Clan is demanding the money Urbain/Taunie owes them. Continued in Chapter 8.
