Third wave of Rogue Mega Evolution Pokémon, at level 53. These three require you to read the battlefield well: ice pillars to hide behind, tornadoes to dodge, brambles to burn. A team around level 52 and well-charged Mega Evolutions make the difference.

Mega Froslass

No. 53IceGhostCyan Sector
Weaknesses
×2FireRockGhostDarkSteel×0NormalFighting

Mega Froslass slips away with Phantom Force and strikes from afar with Icy Wind. Its charged attack is an Avalanche: a first wave of giant icicles crashes down on the arena, then a second wave sticks into the ground and forms ice pillars. Froslass then follows up with a devastating Blizzard: hide behind a pillar, on the opposite side, until the storm is over.

Ice and Ghost, it is weak to Fire, Rock, Steel, Ghost and Dark. Mega Absol remains a safe bet.

Reward: Froslassite

Rogue Mega Altaria🎁 Altarianite ×1

Mission 28: Rogue Mega Altaria

In Magenta Sector 4.

Mega Altaria

No. 53DragonFairyMagenta Sector
Weaknesses
×2IcePoisonSteelFairy×0Dragon

Mega Altaria fires Dragon Pulse from a distance, and sometimes takes flight to drop a Moonblast that comes down on you while tracking you: keep moving until it lands. Its charged attack, Twister, sends out a large tornado that splits into small tornadoes in every direction: move away from the center and dodge the small ones one by one.

Dragon and Fairy, it is weak to Ice, Poison, Steel and Fairy. Mega Mawile (Steel and Fairy), which you just obtained, is ideal.

Reward: Altarianite

Mega Altaria, a cotton cloud… and a powerhouse

Rogue Mega Venusaur🎁 Venusaurite ×1

Mission 29: Rogue Mega Venusaur

In Jaune Sector 8.

Mega Venusaur

Mega Venusaur

No. 53GrassPoisonJaune Sector
Weaknesses
×2FireIceFlyingPsychic

Mega Venusaur leaps from point to point around the arena, strikes up close with Power Whip and sprays the field with Bullet Seed. Its first charged attack sows seeds that turn into brambles: they hurt on contact. Burn them with a Fire move or sweep them away with a Flying move. Its second charged attack is a straight-line Solar Beam: get out of the line as soon as it starts to glow.

Grass and Poison, it is weak to Fire, Ice, Flying and Psychic.

Reward: Venusaurite

Back to Le Crésus

With the three Rogue Mega Evolution Pokémon calmed down, Violine loses patience: she sets up a “Violine zone” around Hotel Z, which keeps Team MZ from leaving and forces you to fight her FRIM members, Delphie included. The message is clear: head for the Grand Games.

Once you’re free, return to Le Crésus. Continued in Chapter 11.
