Magenta Center and Castanea Desert cover stages 241 to 350, added between November 2015 and February 2016 on Nintendo 3DS. Magenta Center is the first area with sixty stages, featuring Deoxys, Rayquaza and Mega Rayquaza; Castanea Desert ends with Mega Mewtwo X. Here is the breakdown of all one hundred and ten stages.

Mega Rayquaza, the boss of stage 300.

To learn how to read the tables, see stages 1 to 60. First value: 3DS; second value: mobile.

Magenta Center (stages 241 to 300)

Added in three parts, from November 16, 2015 to January 19, 2016. Three puzzle stages punctuate the area: Vullaby (266), Porygon (278) and Alomomola (288). Two legendary Pokémon can be caught here: Deoxys at stage 260 and Rayquaza at stage 290. Stage 300, Mega Rayquaza, rewards you with the Meteorite; its effect, which makes up to ten Pokémon of a type other than its own disappear, requires 33 Pokémon lined up to activate.

Tips

  • Puzzle stages don’t depend on luck: study the board, look for the move that sets off a chain reaction, and try again if needed.
  • Sixty-stage areas are long: alternate with the Special Stages to collect experience items.

Next: stages 351 to 450.
