UX Stages are the ultimate challenge of the normal stages in Pokémon Shuffle. Added on February 13, 2018, at the same time as the end of the Brunus Path, they replay the 700 normal stages with much sturdier opponents and rewards to match. Here is how to unlock them, what changes and what they give you.

How to unlock them

Two conditions are required:

  1. having cleared Stage 700 at least once;
  2. owning 500 S ranks in the normal stages.

What changes

  • Three times the HP: each opponent keeps its normal stage, but with three times as many hit points. Puzzle stages are an exception, as are a few others.
  • S ranks earned in UX Stages count toward unlocking the Expert Stages.
  • New rewards: the Mega Pokémon and the legendary Pokémon at the end of each area give upgrade items, listed below.

UX Stage rewards

The stages at the end of each area give upgrade items on victory: Level Up (one extra level for a Pokémon), Raise Max Level (one extra maximum level) or Hyper Skill Booster (thirty skill points). Quantities grow as you progress, up to seven Level Ups and seven Raise Max Levels for Primal Kyogre, at UX Stage 700.

Tips

  • Don’t rush: UX Stages are designed for teams at max level with upgraded skills.
  • Start with the Mega Pokémon of the early areas: UX 10, UX 30 or UX 60 give a Raise Max Level and remain manageable.
  • Use the Hyper Skill Boosters you earn (UX 150, UX 300, UX 500, UX 670) on your most-used Pokémon.
