With a sacred orb in their possession, the Team leaders are ready to awaken the legends. You have to strike at the heart of their organization: their hideout. That is where the most precious item in the game lies sleeping.

🕳️Where Is the Hideout?
In Ruby, the Magma Hideout is tucked away in a cave east of Lilycove City. To get in, Surf to the entrance, which is guarded by Grunts who have abandoned their post.
In Sapphire, it is the Aqua Hideout, in the same spot, east of Lilycove City. Team Aqua has moored a submarine there that it stole from Captain Stern.
In Emerald, there are two hideouts. Start with the Magma Hideout, at Jagged Pass, opened with the Magma Emblem: Maxie awakens Groudon there, and it escapes. Then go to Slateport City, where Team Aqua steals Captain Stern’s submarine, and on to the Aqua Hideout in Lilycove City.
🌀Inside the Hideout
The hideout is a network of corridors and warp panels that send you from one room to another. Many rooms look alike: pay close attention to where each warp panel takes you. Six Grunts guard the place.

At the back of the hideout, you arrive too late: the leader escapes aboard the stolen submarine, heading for the ocean floor. An Admin (Tabitha in Ruby, Matt in Sapphire) tries to hold you back.
