🌊The Road to Ever Grande City

From Sootopolis City, Surf east along Route 128 to Ever Grande City. A large waterfall blocks access to the city: use Waterfall to climb it. The Pokémon Center awaits you at the foot of Victory Road.

🤝Wally, the Last Rival

At the entrance to Victory Road, Wally is waiting for you. The frail boy from Petalburg City has become an accomplished Trainer, with a full team. This is one of the toughest battles in the game.

Our strategy

Gardevoir (level 45) is his best Pokémon: a Ghost or Dark attack (Shadow Ball, Crunch) will take care of it, as will a powerful physical attack. Altaria fears Ice enormously. Magneton only fears Ground and Fighting, Roselia fears Fire, Ice, Flying and Psychic.

🪨Inside Victory Road

The cave spans three levels. You have to smash boulders with Rock Smash, push others with Strength and Surf across stretches of water. The basement is dark: Flash will make your life easier. The Cooltrainers are all level 42 to 45: take advantage of that to level up your team.
