At the very end of Route 25, a house perched above the sea is home to Bill, a Pokémon enthusiast who invented the PC storage system. He has just gotten himself into a… delicate situation.

🥾Route 25

The path runs along the coast from west to east. Nine trainers follow one after another, including Hikers with Rock Pokémon and Campers. Part of the tall grass is wilder than elsewhere: you’ll find Abra there, but also Oddish or Bellsprout depending on your version.

In the northwest, TM19 Seismic Toss rests behind a shrub: you can pick it up later with Cut, or by luring the neighboring trainer from a distance. An Elixir is hidden at the end of a small dead end near the first Hiker, and an Ether on the fence near the last Lass.

🧪Bill, turned into a Pokémon

As you enter the villa, you run into… a talking Pokémon! It’s Bill: an experiment with his teleporter went wrong, and he has fused with one of his Pokémon. He asks you to start the separation program on his computer while he steps into the machine.

  1. Talk to Bill, stuck in the body of a Pokémon.
  2. He enters the teleporter on the left.
  3. Use the computer in the room to start the separation.
  4. Bill, human again, steps out of the machine on the right and thanks you.

As thanks, Bill gives you an S.S. Ticket, a ticket to the party held aboard the S.S. Anne, a luxury cruise ship docked at Vermilion City. Before leaving, check his PC: it contains his notes on Eevee and its evolutions. From now on, the game’s PC storage will be called “Bill’s PC”.
