The truth about the professor

Who has been talking to you all along? (click to reveal)
In the lab, you find Professor Sada / Professor Turo… who is not human. It is an artificial intelligence, an android created in the professor’s image. The real professor died long ago, protecting your Koraidon / Miraidon from the other, more aggressive one. Your ride lost its battle form after losing its territory to it: a trauma.
The AI asks you to shut down the time machine using the professor’s biometric print stored in the Book. But it warns you: the machine’s defense system will then take control of it.
Battle 1: the AI and its Paradox team
As soon as you start shutting down the machine, the AI loses control and attacks you with six Paradox Pokémon. Its last Pokémon holds a Booster Energy, which immediately activates its Ability.

Six Pokémon of six different types: you need a varied team at Lv. 65 to 67. In Scarlet, Roaring Moon (Dragon/Dark) is 4× weak to Fairy; in Violet, Iron Valiant (Fairy/Fighting) is weak to Poison, Steel, Flying and Psychic.
Battle 2: the “Paradise Protection” program
The defeated AI regains its senses and finally speaks to Arven like a parent. But an emergency program set up by the real professor, “Paradise Protection”, takes over: it locks all your Poké Balls and sends the second Koraidon / Miraidon to attack.
No one can fight… except your Koraidon / Miraidon, which comes out of its Poké Ball on its own to protect you, overcomes its fear and regains its battle form. This final battle is a duel: your legendary against the other.

The end of the story
Your victory destroys the program. The AI, having regained the professor’s personality, apologizes to Arven, tells him how proud it is, then heads off to the past / the future to shut down the machine for good… and finally live the adventure its creator dreamed of. On the way back, Nemona suggests everyone go grab a bite together. The ending credits roll.
What comes next?
The game doesn’t end there. Your Koraidon / Miraidon can now battle on your team, Area Zero is open to exploration (with every Paradox Pokémon and the other Koraidon / Miraidon to catch), and the Academy holds a big tournament in your honor.
