Unlocking the tournament: inspecting the Gyms

After the end of the story, Nemona suggests to the director that a grand tournament be held to celebrate your Champion rank. Geeta, held up by her duties, entrusts you with a mission: inspect the eight Gyms in her place, which means battling each Gym Leader again. This time, they fight at full strength, with teams at level 65-66.

Once all eight inspections are done, sign up at the reception desk in the entrance hall of the Academy.

The rules

  • You take part with the team you have on you when you sign up.
  • No level limit, and items are allowed during battles.
  • Four wins in a row to win the tournament.

  • Nuggets and Big Nuggets, to sell;
  • Rare Candies, PP Ups and PP Maxes;
  • vitamins (HP Up, Protein, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Carbos);
  • random Tera Shards;
  • and, more rarely, a Silver Bottle Cap or a Gold Bottle Cap for Hyper Training.

Your very first victory also gives you the League Cap and unlocks 6★ Tera Raid Battles, the hardest and most generous in the game.
