The Ruchbah Squad is Team Star’s Fairy branch. Its boss, Ortega, is a “young prince” from a very wealthy family, as arrogant as he is talented. His base is one of the most beautiful in Paldea, right by the sea.

Finding the base
The base is built on the slope of a hill running down to the sea, in North Province (Area Three), around Paldea’s green lighthouse. As you approach, you overhear a man asking a Grunt to look after the “young prince”. It is Harrington, Ortega’s piano teacher… and a former director of the Academy. He battles you before letting you through.

For the Star Barrage, put three Steel or Poison Pokémon at the front of your team.

Automatic calculation based on the team above: number of Pokémon hit super effectively (the Pokémon that Terastallizes is counted with its Tera type, immunity Abilities included).
- Azumarill is the most dangerous: its Huge Power Ability doubles its Attack. Its Aqua Tail and Play Rough wreak havoc. Take it out first with an Electric, Grass or Poison attack.
- Dachsbun has the Well-Baked Body Ability: it is immune to Fire, and every Fire attack even raises its Defense. Forget about Fire against it.
- Wigglytuff can infatuate you on contact with Cute Charm.
- The Ruchbah Starmobile sets up Misty Terrain (Misty Surge Ability), which protects against status conditions, and strikes with Magical Torque and Steel Roller.
Steel and Poison are super effective against the whole team. On top of that, a Steel-type Pokémon resists Fairy attacks, and so does a Poison-type.

The truth about Team Star (click to reveal)
Harrington tells Clive what really happened: the founders of Team Star were bullied. They joined forces in the “Star Operation” and drove their bullies out of the Academy. But the affair was covered up by the former deputy director, and one student asked to take sole responsibility, in exchange for a study trip to Galar. Disappointed by the school’s blindness, Harrington and several teachers resigned. Who was that student? The answer awaits at the last base.
What’s next? The last base, Eri’s Caph Squad.
