💡The breakdown and the quiz

Kukui goes back down to fetch Hau. Enter the Observatory, take the elevator and enter the room in the middle of the hallway: Sophocles is adjusting his machine there. It breaks down, the power goes out… and the doors stay shut. To get out, Sophocles improvises a quiz: what is that sound?

  1. The first sound is the little healing jingle at the Pokémon Center. A door opens, and a level 27 Grubbin bursts out of it.
  2. The second is the voice of the Rotom Dex. A Charjabug attacks you.
  3. The third is a Charjabug’s cry. Another Charjabug attacks you.
  4. The fourth is the music of the Totem Pokémon. Your answer is enough to attract it.

    Totem Vikavolt, a Bug and Electric type. Aura: all its stats +1. It calls Charjabug (level 28) as reinforcements, which boost its power even further.

The power comes back. Molayne arrives and congratulates you; Sophocles gives you the Electrium Z. On your way out, Molayne gives you the Steelium Z, the Z-Crystal of his former type, and the Professor’s Mask, forgotten by Kukui: you will have to give it back to him.
