The 100 Zygarde Cells in Pokémon Sun and Moon

Zygarde, the guardian of order from X and Y, is scattered all over Alola in the form of Cells. By gathering these organisms, you assemble Zygarde and unlock its forms and moves. Here are the hundred locations, with a checkbox for each.

🧩The basics

The Zygarde Cube is given to you in Heahea City, after your battle against Dexio (Sun) or Sina (Moon). From then on, Cells appear as green glimmers, and Cores as red glimmers.
There are 100 organisms: 95 Cells and 5 Cores. Some Cells only appear during the day, others only at night, and several require a Poké Ride.
Assembly takes place in the Aether Foundation prefab next to the Pokémon Center on Route 16.

Cores also let you teach Zygarde moves it cannot otherwise learn, such as Thousand Arrows and Thousand Waves.

💡Good to know

Day and night: many Cells only appear at a certain time of day. Keep in mind the twelve-hour offset in Pokémon Moon.
Poké Rides: Lapras, Tauros and Machamp are needed for several locations. The quest only truly ends after the League.
Aether Paradise alone has five Cells, and the Vast Poni Canyon four.
