🌴Exeggutor Island

The helmsman takes you to Exeggutor Island. As soon as you land, a giant Alolan Exeggutor with an endless neck attacks you at level 40. A downpour then forces you to take shelter in a cave with Lillie, for a conversation about her mother and her brother. Once the rain has passed, follow her to the top of the island: the missing flute awaits there.

💀Team Skull at the end of its rope

Go back to the Ancient Poni Path, toward the canyon. The last Team Skull Grunts are waiting for you there: they want to know how to save their boss, Guzma, who was sucked into the Ultra Wormhole. A first Grunt battles you with a level 44 Fomantis, then the five others, one after another: Salandit, Haunter, Golbat, Alolan Raticate and Mareanie, at levels 43 and 44.

Plumeria, who was watching the scene, then shows herself. She apologizes to Lillie for the kidnapping and gives you the Poisonium Z. Team Skull is now counting on you to bring Guzma back.

⛰️Hapu’s Grand Trial

At the entrance of Vast Poni Canyon, Hapu is waiting for you. The new Kahuna puts you through the Poni Grand Trial without warning. Her Ground-type team is solid: a bit of training will not hurt.

Our strategy

Alolan Dugtrio, level 47, Ground and Steel, fears Fire, Water, Fighting and Ground.
Flygon, level 47, Ground and Dragon, fears Ice four times over, Dragon and Fairy. It floats above Ground attacks.
Gastrodon, level 47, Water and Ground, fears only Grass, which hits it four times as hard.
Mudsdale, level 48, her ace, hits very hard. Water, Grass and Ice.

Hapu hands you the Groundium Z and invites you to cross the canyon to the Altar. Lillie heals your Pokémon and gives you a Max Revive.
