⛴️Welcome to Akala

On the dock, Kahuna Olivia and Captain Mallow welcome you. Professor Kukui, who came on the same boat, tells you the plan: three Trials on the island, then Olivia’s Grand Trial. Lillie wants to go to the Ruins of Life to understand where Cosmog comes from, and arranges to meet you later.

Heahea City is a vacation town: the beachfront hotel, the Alola fashion boutique, a surf club and, to the east, the Interdimensional Research Lab, where the Professor’s wife works. A woman across from the boutique gives you a Rare Candy.

🧩Dexio, Sina and the Zygarde Cube

As you leave town toward Route 4, two visitors approach you: Dexio and Sina, Professor Sycamore’s assistants, who came from Kalos. One of them wants to test your strength first.

Sun

In Pokémon Sun, Dexio is the one who battles you, with a Slowpoke and an Espeon at around level 15. Bug, Ghost and Dark attacks hit both hard.

Moon

In Pokémon Moon, Sina is the one who battles you, with a Glaceon as the headliner. Fire, Fighting, Rock and Steel hit it hard.

They then entrust you with the Zygarde Cube. All over Alola, small green glimmers mark Zygarde Cells, and a few red glimmers mark Cores. There are one hundred in all, including in Melemele, where you couldn’t see them until now. By gathering them, you will be able to form Zygarde.
