🧪Route 8 and Colress

A few steps along Route 8, and a scientist calls out to you in front of an Aether Foundation building: Colress, whom players of Black 2 and White 2 know well. He is now studying the link between Pokémon and Z-Power, and gives you TM43 Flame Charge.

The route runs along the sea. It has a motel, a Pokémon Center and the fossil restoration center, which revives the fossils of ancient Pokémon. The northern part of Route 5 is also accessible from here.

🌿The four ingredients

The Trial gate is south of the Route 8 Pokémon Center, just above the access to Route 5. Mallow gives you a Forage Bag and a list: four ingredients to find in the jungle. Call out Stoutland: its sense of smell spots hidden items.

  1. Tiny Mushroom: to the left of the entrance. A Pokémon guards it and attacks you, at level 22: a Parasect in Sun, a Shiinotic in Moon.
  2. Mago Berry: to the northwest, in a dark corner, near a big tree. A Fomantis attacks you, at level 23.
  3. Revival Herb: to the north, in a patch of short grass. Beware of decoys: another Fomantis attacks you.
  4. Miracle Seed: to the east, under a small rock.

Return to the entrance: Lana and Kiawe arrive with what is needed to cook. While you grind the ingredients, a powerful smell spreads… and someone arrives behind you.

🌺Totem Lurantis

  • LurantisNo. 24Grass

Totem Lurantis, Grass. Aura: Speed +2. It holds a Power Herb and calls Trumbeak or Castform (level 22) as allies.

Mallow gives you the Grassium Z and ten Nest Balls. After the tasting of the stew, Professor Kukui comes to congratulate you and gives you TM67 Smart Strike. He arranges to meet you at the Interdimensional Research Lab in Heahea City, before Olivia’s Grand Trial.
