✈️Mistralton City and Cedric Juniper
As you leave the cave, a smiling man is waiting for you with the city’s Gym Leader: Cedric Juniper, a renowned researcher and the Professor’s father. He adds the display of Pokémon forms and a search function to your Pokédex, then introduces you to Skyla, a cargo pilot and Gym Leader.
Mistralton City is packed with useful services:
- the Move Deleter makes a Pokémon forget any move for free, even an HM;
- the Move Reminder teaches a forgotten move again in exchange for a Heart Scale;
- at the Pokémon Center, a man guesses the type of your Pokémon’s Hidden Power;
- near the plane, south of the Air Cargo Service, pick up TM58 Sky Drop. Inside the service, an old lady gives you a Sharp Beak.

🌾Route 7 and its tall grass
Route 7 is covered in tall grass, where the Bicycle is not allowed. To avoid it, walk on the logs set up high, without stopping: your character falls if he stands still. A few Trainers hide in the grass or on the beams. In the south, a Black Belt gives you TM57 Charge Beam.
In the house to the west, a Hiker trades his Emolga, which holds a Lum Berry, for a Boldore. Further north, a small house lets you heal your team before Twist Mountain.

🕯️The Celestial Tower
The spiral tower pays tribute to departed Pokémon. Its floors are haunted by Litwick, a Ghost and Fire candle that will become Chandelure, one of the best special attackers in the game, and by Elgyem, a small Psychic extraterrestrial. Defeat the Nurse on the second floor: she will heal your team afterward. At the top, ring the bell in memory of departed Pokémon.
