Route 10 connects Opelucid City to Victory Road. Its Trainers are among the best in Unova, and Cheren is waiting for you there for one last duel before the League. At the end, a building with eight doors checks that you deserve to go any further.

⚔️The last duel before the League

Cheren has done a lot of thinking since meeting Alder. He lines up four Pokémon: Unfezant, Liepard, his evolved monkey and his starter Pokémon at its final stage, at level 45.

Our strategy

His starter Pokémon holds Leftovers, which restore its HP every turn: hit hard and fast. Unfezant, with its Scope Lens, strings together critical hits; send out an Electric-, Ice- or Rock-type Pokémon against it. Liepard is fast but fragile against Fighting.

Bianca joins you after the battle and gives you 2 Max Revives, which bring a fainted Pokémon back with all its HP. Save them for the League.

The big bird of prey of your version lives here, a Dark or Normal type that looks like a vulture or an eagle:

Noire

In Black, Vullaby, Dark and Flying, which will become Mandibuzz at level 54. A very defensive Pokémon.

Blanche

In White, Rufflet, Normal and Flying, which will become Braviary at level 54. A powerful physical attacker.

You will also come across Bouffalant, a Normal-type bison with an afro hairdo, and fake items: some Poké Balls hide Foongus or Amoonguss. A Veteran, southwest of the north bridge, gives you a Dusk Stone: just what you need to evolve a Lampent into Chandelure. A Dawn Stone is hidden in the dark grass northeast of the same bridge.

At the east end of the route, a long building is closed off by eight large doors. Each one opens only when you show the matching Badge, from the Trio Badge to the Legend Badge. Beyond it begins Victory Road.
