The credits have rolled, but Unova isn’t done yet. The whole eastern part of the region opens up, Pokémon from earlier regions appear in the tall grass, and an international investigator knocks on your door: the Team Plasma Sages are still on the run.

🕵️Looker and the Super Rod

You wake up at home, in Nuvema Town. Looker, the International Police investigator, pays you a visit: he gives you the Super Rod, the best fishing rod in the game, and asks you to help him find the six Team Plasma Sages scattered across Unova. Each Sage you find gives you a TM before being arrested.

🌍Pokémon from other regions arrive

After the credits, Pokémon from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh appear in the wild: all over eastern Unova, but also in some places you’ve already visited, like the dark grass in the basement of the Dreamyard. With the Super Rod, fishing in the dark spots in the water also gets you Dratini at Dragonspiral Tower, Milotic on Route 1 or Seaking almost everywhere. Our After the League guide lists everything that changes.

🌉Route 11 and the Village Bridge

East of Opelucid City, Route 11 follows a river to the Village Bridge, a village built on a bridge by Unova’s first settlers. You can’t fly there, but a young woman in the first house on the right heals your team. The restaurant’s baker gives you a daily sandwich service, rewarded with a Lum Berry.

🏰Route 12 and Lacunosa Town

Route 12, covered in tall grass, leads to Lacunosa Town, a fortified village. According to an old legend, a monster lived in the great crater behind the town and carried off villagers at night: even today, everyone goes home at dusk. That crater is the Giant Chasm.
