Cerulean City, the blue city in the north of Kanto. Its Gym is open, but empty: Misty has slipped away. You find her at the end of Route 25, on the cape where Bill built his house, in charming company. Your arrival really is badly timed.

🌉Nugget Bridge and Route 25

North of Cerulean City, Nugget Bridge lines up its trainers just like in Red’s day. Route 25, which continues from it, has eight. The last one, at the end of the route, gives you a Nugget if defeated.

💘Misty at Cerulean Cape

At the very tip of the cape, Misty is enjoying a quiet moment with a boy. Your arrival makes her companion run off. Furious at having been disturbed, she nevertheless agrees to go back to her Gym to face you.

💧Cerulean Gym

The Gym is a big swimming pool: three swimmers are waiting for you, with Horsea, Seaking and Golduck. Electric and Grass are your best weapons.

Our strategy

All of them know Surf. Quagsire, Water and Ground, is immune to Electric: only Grass hits it hard (quadruple damage). Lapras can take a huge amount of damage and uses Blizzard: hit it with a good Electric or Fighting move. Starmie (level 47) is the most dangerous, fast, with Ice Beam and Recover: hit it with Electric, Grass, or a Dark or Ghost attack. Golduck causes confusion and can block one of your attacks with Disable.
