Celestic Town is a small traditional village nestled against Mt. Coronet. Its ruins hold the memory of the oldest legends of Sinnoh, and it is here that Cynthia’s grandmother watches over them. Team Galactic is interested in them, too.

🦆The Psyduck of Route 210
Fly to Solaceon Town and head north along Route 210. Use the Secret Potion on the Psyduck: their headache goes away and they leave. Cynthia appears right away and entrusts you with the Old Charm, a good-luck charm to give to her grandmother in Celestic Town.
🌫️Northern Route 210
The northern part of the route first crosses very tall grass where Ninja Boys are hiding: they jump out when you walk near them. Farther up, the route plunges into thick fog, which lowers the accuracy of all Pokémon in battle. Use Defog to clear it.
The route then spans a ravine over a series of bridges and wooden beams, which you cross by Bicycle. On one beam, TM30 Shadow Ball awaits the most skillful (Rock Smash required). About ten trainers dot the way, two of whom you battle in Double Battles.

⛩️Celestic Town and its ruins
In the center of the village, a cave leads to the ruins. A Team Galactic grunt blocks the entrance and taunts an old lady: beat him. The old lady introduces herself: she is Cynthia’s grandmother, the village elder. Give her the Old Charm, then follow her into the ruins. The ancient carvings there tell the legend of three Pokémon who watch over the lakes of Sinnoh, and of even more powerful Pokémon: the grandmother explains their meaning to you.
In Diamond and Pearl, the blue-haired man from Mt. Coronet is there. This time, he introduces himself: his name is Cyrus, and he no longer hides his interest in the legends of time and space.
In Platinum, Cyrus walks into the ruins, furious at his grunt’s defeat. He reveals himself to be the boss of Team Galactic and challenges you.

Golbat and Murkrow fear Electric: Luxio or Luxray take care of them. Murkrow holds a Sitrus Berry.

In Diamond and Pearl, you are still missing the Relic Badge to use Surf outside battle. Fly to Hearthome City: Fantina is finally waiting for you.
In Platinum, Crasher Wake’s Fen Badge is enough: Surf can be used. Fly to Jubilife City and head west: Route 218 and Canalave City.
West of Celestic Town, Route 211 crosses Mt. Coronet toward Eterna City. A green-haired boy there gives you TM77 Psych Up.
