Team Galactic’s headquarters looms over Veilstone City. Behind its walls, Cyrus is holding the three lake guardians and preparing the final stage of his plan. You will have to force two doors, get past teleporters and face the boss in person.

🔑The Storage Key and the Warehouse
The HQ is locked. In front of the building, a grunt spots you, panics and runs off, dropping the Storage Key. It opens the locked doors of the Galactic Warehouse, the one where you found HM Fly.
In Platinum, Looker joins you and explains what this key is for.
In the warehouse, open the door with the Storage Key, go down to the basement and follow the corridor. The warehouse basement connects to the HQ’s ground floor: a scientist and grunts stand guard there. At the end, pick up TM36 Sludge Bomb and, above all, the Galactic Key.

🌀The HQ teleporters
With the Galactic Key, the HQ door opens. The building is a maze of teleporters that send you from one room to another: move forward methodically, and go back to the previous teleporter if you are going in circles. A rest room lets you heal your team in the beds. About fifteen grunts and two scientists are waiting for you, with Pokémon from level 32 to 41.

🧪The laboratory and the lake guardians
Follow Cyrus’s teleporter: it leads to a laboratory where Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf are locked in tanks. Commander Saturn guards the room.

Press the button on the machine: the three guardians are freed and immediately vanish, heading back to their lakes. But Cyrus has already gotten what he wanted from them: the means to forge the Red Chain. He has left for the summit of Mt. Coronet.
