🌊Route 223
From the beach at Sunyshore City, surf north. About fifteen swimmers and sailors follow one another, with Pokémon from level 37 to 44. Your Electric Pokémon will do most of the work here: take the opportunity to level it up. Along the western edge of the channel, a passage between the rocks leads to TM18 Rain Dance.

🏔️Victory Road
Sinnoh’s Victory Road spans three levels: a ground floor, an upper floor and a basement, with an inner lake and several waterfalls. You need all the HMs: Rock Climb to go up and down the walls, Strength and Rock Smash to clear the boulders, the Bicycle for a small jump, Surf and Waterfall for the inner lake.
About fifteen Trainers line the main path, with Pokémon from level 43 to 49: Psychics with Alakazam and Gengar, Ace Trainers with varied teams, Veterans, Dragon Tamers and two Double Battles. Don’t run from them: it’s the best training before the League. The strongest (levels 54 to 59) wait in the part of the cave that opens after the League.
