At the summit of Mt. Coronet, above the clouds, stands the Spear Pillar: ancient ruins where, according to legend, time and space were born. Cyrus has brought the Red Chain here. This is where everything is decided.

⛰️The climb

Fly to Oreburgh City and take your Bicycle to Route 207, then enter Mt. Coronet. This time, you are going up: you need Surf, Rock Climb, Strength and Rock Smash to get through the floors. A few Team Galactic grunts are scattered along the way: you are getting close to the goal.

At the summit, you emerge into the open air. Hail falls non-stop and hurts your Pokémon in battle: avoid unnecessary wild encounters. Climb the walls, cross the grassy area and enter the last cave: it leads to the Spear Pillar.

🏛️The Spear Pillar

Two grunts take you on first in a Double Battle. Further on, Commanders Mars and Jupiter block your path, together. Barry bursts in at that moment and fights at your side: it is another Double Battle, two against two.

Platinum

In Platinum, Cyrus summons both Dialga and Palkia. The three lake guardians appear to step in, but it is a shadow from elsewhere that changes everything: a rift opens in the ground, and a huge silhouette carries Cyrus to the other side. Cynthia arrives and asks you to follow her into the rift. See you at step 30.
