⛰️Route 207
The Cycling Road drops you on Route 207, just above Oreburgh City. The route climbs east via a mud slope: only the Bicycle, in fast gear and with a run-up, can get up it. If you want to heal your Pokémon, go down to Oreburgh City, then climb back up the same way.
Dawn (or Lucas) gives you the Vs. Seeker here: after the Cycling Road in Diamond and Pearl, at the entrance to Mt. Coronet in Platinum. This device shows which Trainers you have already beaten want a rematch, with stronger Pokémon: ideal for experience and money. It recharges as you walk.

🌌Mt. Coronet and Cyrus
The tunnel is simple: a single path, a few rocks to break with Rock Smash. In the middle, the blue-haired man is waiting for you. He tells you about Mt. Coronet, the mountain where, according to legend, Sinnoh came into being, then leaves.
In Diamond and Pearl, this is your very first meeting with him. He will only give you his name in Celestic Town.
In Platinum, you have already run into him at Lake Verity and in front of the statue in Eterna City. This time, he introduces himself: his name is Cyrus.
Mt. Coronet is immense: you only see a small part of it here. Its other passages, its underground lake and its summit will become accessible over the course of the HMs. Machop, Geodude, Zubat and Meditite are common there. You also run into Chingling and, mostly in the morning, Cleffa in Diamond and Pearl or Clefairy in Platinum.

🍓Route 208
On the other side of the mountain, Route 208 descends toward Hearthome City between tall grass and a small branch of river. A few Trainers challenge you there (levels 16 to 19, plus some much stronger opponents near the water, to save for later).
The little house on the route belongs to the Berry Master: he gives you a random Berry every day. His granddaughter asks you a question: answer “Yes” to receive the Berry Searcher app for the Pokétch, which marks ripe Berry trees on the map. His wife sells fertilizer to grow your Berries.
Near a Honey Tree, a karate expert gives you the Odd Keystone. Keep it safe: it is used to awaken a very special Pokémon, Spiritomb (step 14).
